Tiare....loved this podcast!! Very inspiring and I really liked the "What the..." part of the podcast! I've been eatting whole grains for the past year and my family loves them. I do eat the Wasa crispbread and it's delious too. Still using white sugar though! I bought some Hodgsen Soy Flour to make some flatbread, but haven't done it yet. Thanks so much for your inspiration!!!!!!! It's great to hear confirmation in life! Candy

Tiare, sometimes, you really make me laugh. I'm glad you got such a good deal on that elliptical machine.

I need to try some of your whole grain suggestions. I've tried the WASA crackers and I love them. I like to spread a little Laughing Cow cheese on them.

You are an inspiration to me. Keep it up, girl!

Tiare, I listened to your podcast, you did awesome. But I do have a question, since this is my first podcast, there is not supposed to be video, just sound, right?

I lost 30 pounds just by eliminating sugar and white grains from my diet. They are basically empty calories because they lack many nutrients, and the starch in white grains just breaks down into sugar.

You are looking great Tiare. Keep it up!
