Really nice podcast Tiare....I'm glad you said something about the processed meats because I've gotten lazy this past month, and I've been eatting an awful lot of sliced turkey and chicken. It was the lower sodium kind, but still lots of sodium in it. Now I've got to get back on track!! It was funny when you tried to make up for "5" years of missed dancing...you tried to dance all night!!! Thanks again for your inspiration! Candy
